We are coming together to support a wonderful elderly woman who recently experienced a heartbreaking loss after being scammed out of $16,000—her hard-earned savings.  

The police called her and said that child pornography had been uploaded onto her computer And her computer was frozen at the time of the call. (They froze it while shopping for garden boxes.)  They convinced her that her bank accounts were jeopardized and lowe's of oshkosh had no problems giving her sixteen thousand dollars in gift card without question, which the scammer took.   

 While this has been an incredibly difficult and unexpected setback, we believe in the power of community to turn something painful into something meaningful. She has spent her life showing kindness and generosity to others, and now it’s our chance to uplift her in return. Every donation—no matter the amount—will help restore her sense of security and remind her that she is surrounded by people who care. Together, we can help her move forward with hope, dignity, and the reassurance that she is not alone.
