Hi everyone, I’m Jasmine from W Highland Ave. Two days ago, my car completely died on the side of the road in the middle of our triple-digit heat. The garage confirmed the alternator burned out and fried the battery cell with it.

The total repair and diagnostic bill comes out to $1,450. As an hourly medical assistant, missing shifts means no pay, and I have zero ways to get to the clinic without my car.
