My name is Jerry Lee Steverson Jr. I have recently been diagnosed with Advanced Cervical Arthritis in my neck. This causes the vertebrae in my neck  to be bone on bone at times which is extremely painful and I must be extremely careful with every move I make.  It has also caused my right arm to feel dead most of the time, and being thats my dominant side, it causes some difficulty. This condition could eventually lead to me having surgery & etc.

My doctor has taken me out of work for a least the next several months which leaves me without any income. 

With that being said im humbly asking for donations to help with everyday expenses, co-pays, medications, trips back and forth to the doctor,  fuel in my truck and Insurance on my truck as well.
