Tim Bumar has Advanced Cirrhosis of the Liver with Cancer and he is being forced to work at his Job at CCBC, Community College of Baltimore County with NO Accommodations. His Medical Doctors have Diagnosed Tim with Severe Fatigue, Brain Fog, A Fall Risk due to Instability, He is Disoriented and Confused. He is on a Transplant Liver List, but due to No Time in his Job and the many Medical Appointments he has to keep regarding his Liver and Transplantation he barely has an Income. After being forced to work Onsite and Full-Time by HR CCBC he often has a Complete Fallout from working 8 hours Onsite and has to recuperate 24-48 hours by taking Off. The Money would help him supplement Food to Eat, A House Payment to make monthly and the many expenses from his doctors that his insurance won't cover.
