On January 3, 2026, my honey Donny was diagnosed with B Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma after what was supposed to be a simple surgery for his Chrones. 

He was diagnosed with Chrone's in 2024. His cancer was found while doing a bowel resection that was inflamed from the Chrone's. 

Although it is an aggressive cancer, the chemo he will go though (6 rounds in 21 day cycles) will lead to cure per his doctor. 

This fundraiser was hard to create. Asking for help feels surreal. However, I know our village around us is amazing. And I know Donny will get to the other side stronger than ever. 

If you know him, you will understand why he says it is like his races these last 5 years were preparing him for his hardest race yet. Getting him back to health and on the race dockets again! He even has set up to do a race with my cousin once he is back on it. I may have to join them. 😉

All of that is to say thank you for the support. 100% of this will go to medical and household expenses since Donny can't work and I am still working full time (thankfully I work from home!)
