My name is Jessica and I am setting up this fund for my sister, Valerie , who is currently 7 months pregnant and recovering from a violent assault. The Incident: On Tuesday Sept 29.2026 , my sister went to repossess her truck. She had allowed individuals to take over the vehicle, but they completely stopped making their payments. When she attempted to legally recover her property, the situation turned incredibly violent. The man who had the truck physically assaulted her, violently pushing her to the ground despite her visibly pregnant stomach. He then sped off in her truck, running directly over her foot and leaving her injured on the ground before fleeing the scene. A report has been officially filed with the Pampa Police Department and law enforcement is actively looking for the vehicle. The Impact on Her and the Baby: While we are profoundly grateful to God that her pregnancy remains stable after a thorough emergency prenatal check, the physical and emotional toll is severe. Because of these physical injuries and the sheer trauma of the assault, she is physically unable to work and has lost her job right before her baby arrives.
