I am in need of medical services that I do not have insurance to cover (lost insurance earlier this year).  To list them… 1. Rotator cuff repair 2. Elbow surgery on both arms to repair torn ligaments 3. Lumbar spine fusion (L4-5 S1) 4. Head MRIs to determine if I have a growth on my pituitary gland that may be causing several mental and physical problems I am dealing with.

I am married with 5 kids and I am not able to do most of the fun things my kids like to do.  I am humbly asking for your generosity to help me make my way back to the father I was before all my injuries, depression and anxiety began.  I am asking for only a small portion of what the actual costs will be for the aforementioned medical services I need.
