EspañolMy Grand-Mother Connie Hubbard passed away Firday, June 12th 2026. I Destiny Hubbard her grand- daughter is trying to raise money for a woman who would give her last to someone in need hoping, Someone out there is kind enough to lean a helping hand. Connie Hubbard was battling chronic heart failure and Stage 4 lung cancer. Friday her heart gave out and she went into cardiac arrest. Anything you give will go to the cost to cremating her and we will have a memorial of life at a park and a cook out. Anything will help even if it's $1-$5. Thank you so much to anyone that has a kind heart and helps lend a hand.
