My name is Shawn and I am reaching out for help to reclaim my life and support my family. As a husband of 27 years, a father to three adult children, and a proud grandfather, my greatest wish is to return to the active role I have always held in their lives.

For quite some time, I have been living with debilitating back pain that has stripped away my ability to function. Currently, I cannot sit, stand, walk, or sleep without experiencing severe, intense pain. This level of physical limitation has made it impossible for me to work, and the toll it has taken on our household is significant.

The Situation

Our family is navigating a very challenging season. My wife is disabled and is herself recovering from a recent surgery. Because of our shared health struggles, the financial and emotional pressure has mounted. I am seeking ALDF (Anterior Lumbar Disk Fusion) surgery as the definitive path to ending this pain and, most importantly, returning to work.
