Hello, my name is Jon.  I want to invite you to help me raise $60,000 to help cover the cost for a super rare surgery that I need. This surgery will help by eliminating the 10 out of 10 sciatica pain I experience every day when walking, and standing for more than 30 minutes. 

In spite of this surgery having high success for people who need it, insurance does not cover this specific procedure as it is viewed as “experimental." 

I have a background in EMS and hope to return to it after I get through this surgery. I love helping people and am so use to being the one helping that it feels really strange and somewhat uncomfortable being the one on the other side that needs help now. But I guess that's a part of life, and being a human. We all help each other out when it's needed.
