Hi, I have started this page for my daughter who is needing to have a procedure done to help take away the pain that she gets in her back that she’s dealt with for years.
My beautiful daughter Jessica is very active smart girl who since the age of 14 has had issues with her back. She has found an awesome Doctor Who can perform a procedure and has guaranteed that 95% of the pain will be eliminated just by having this procedure done. She was fortunate enough that her papa has given her 10,000 towards it and her godfather 2000 and her dad and I 1000 each. Unfortunately, for her, she has tried to go through CareCredit and patient FI but does not qualify for the loan. She has 5000 left to get paid before the surgery or she can’t have the surgery until it’s paid off first any help would be greatly appreciated by myself, her dad and by her thank you
