After losing my job, I’m trying to give myself a chance to build something I’ve been working hard on for months: my gaming stream, PappyFrag.
I’m a casual dad gamer who started streaming because I enjoy gaming, making people laugh, and building a community around it. I’m not the best player out there, but I’ve been steadily putting in the hours and learning how to turn this into something sustainable.
Since starting, the progress has been real. I’ve streamed 245+ hours, reached 106 Twitch followers, and built an audience across multiple platforms. My TikTok has also grown to more than 2,700 followers, with over 64,000 views during the latest period I tracked.
Right now, I’m trying to bridge the gap between losing my regular income and getting this stream to a point where it can support itself. The $450 goal would help cover some of the costs associated with keeping the stream going while I work toward that.
I’m not expecting anyone to feel obligated to contribute, and I know times are difficult for a lot of people. If you’re able and want to help, any amount would mean a lot. If you can’t contribute, simply sharing the fundraiser or checking out the stream is more than enough.
I’m going to keep putting in the work either way. This fundraiser is just meant to give me a little breathing room while I try to turn something I love doing into something sustainable.
