Hello my name is Tracy and this is my husband Steven, he is 63 years old and he shattered his shoulder in 5 places during a fall. He needs a shoulder replacement and we just need help with the deductible due to the surgery being July 6th. We are so grateful to anyone who can help. Thank you!
