Hi everyone my name is Irma

From rancho Cordova area. Ive been dealing with my nasal / nose problem for past years now

unfortunately I've been receiving the run around with having limited income due to my nose desperately needing to be fixed and needing my  humidifier 24/7 which has limited me to work .

All in all I have to deal with medical which u need a referral from a PCP THATS BEEN GETTING ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE! However I found a ENT PHYSICIAN THAT IS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AFTER THE FIRST PAYMENT IS RECEIVED SO PLEASE HELP ME SO I CAN GO BACK TO BEING A FUNCTIONAL WORKING PERSON IN SOCIETY!!!!

           ALONG WITH MY NOSE BREATHING ISSUES IT HAS GOTTEN PAST MY THROAT TO MY STOMACH HAVING A SEVERE POST NASAL DRIP WHICH MAKES MY STOMACH IN INCREASELY NAUSEA PAIN!!!!

I will do everything in my power to try to at least pay back at least a summ of anyone who is willing to PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON ME& BLESS ME
