God has blessed me with having 2 dads in my life.  My mom married my stepdad, whom I also call dad, Bob Biswell 25 years ago and he is a very caring and loving dad.  They have both worked hard all their lives, but recently, he found out he has prostate cancer and had to quit his job due to his health.  My mom had to quit her job to help take care of him and because her Lupus was getting worse.  He is now going to have to drive over an hour each way for 6 weeks to receive cancer treatments.  They both live on social security, which is not very much.  The doctors informed him that he will be very weak after the treatments and doesn’t advise them to drive home everyday which means they will have to stay in a hotel several days a week.  If they don’t stay and drive home everyday, that’s a lot in gas.  Our family would greatly appreciate anything you could give to help them during this time.  Both my mom and dad are the type to help others whether they are sick or a death in the family.  They ALWAYS cook for the people going through those issues. They have also given money, even if it left them short on money, to help others.  I believe God helps those who help others and my dad is that type of person.  He truly loves God and his family deeply and would do whatever he can to help others..  I know they are both very worried about how they are going to financially make it while my dad is going through his treatments.  They say God will get them through this and I know he will, but I also believe God works through people too by helping others.  Anything all of you could do would be greatly appreciated!!
