Hello. My home has serious wall damage that has worsened over time and is now spreading into the bedroom walls. Homeowner inspection said they are unable to compensate for the damage since it’s been too long, and now it’s a plumbing issue. I’ve noticed mushrooms growing, which has been very concerning.

This situation has caused a persistent sewage-like odor throughout the house, and unfortunately, I’m not in a position to take out another loan to address it. I’ve tried using a dehumidifier, but it only provides limited relief. I’m doing everything I can, but the condition of the walls has become a major setback.

My father, who is disable, lives with me, and while I don’t like to complain, these circumstances have been extremely difficult. Managing his care along with these housing issues has been overwhelming.
