Cancer Doesn’t Win Here

In 2023, Fabi’s life changed when she was diagnosed with Rectal Cancer. What followed was a journey no one should have to endure—chemotherapy, radiation, and multiple life-changing surgeries, including the removal of her colon, rectal closure, and placement of a permanent colostomy bag.

Through it all, Fabi fought—and she won. She went into Remission.

Sadly, this year, Fabi learned her cancer had returned as Recurrent Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer. Her doctors are currently determining the best next steps as she prepares to fight once again.

But if there’s one thing we know about Fabi, she’s a fighter. She’s whooped Cancer’s ass before, and we have all the hope and faith that she will do it again. 

And if you don’t know Fabi personally, you should know who you’re fighting for. She is one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet—the kind of woman who stands up for what she believes in, even if it means standing alone, and you will always see her cheer for the underdog. She’s a light, her laugh is contagious, and she has some pretty great dance moves that we can’t wait to see again when she’s feeling better.

While Fabi focuses on her health, the financial weight has become heavy. Missing work for treatments, surgeries, appointments, and recovery has left her fiancé, Tony, supporting their family and their two children, Ollie and Ayana, on one income—all while rent, groceries, utilities, car repairs, copays, medications, and everyday bills continue.

We’re asking for help so Fabi can focus less on the financial stress and more on healing, fighting, and being with the people she loves most. 

Fabi may be facing this battle again, but she will never face it alone.
