Hello everyone! 

Right now with everything going on in America, it is important we stand by our trans friends and family. That being said, I am looking for assistance in helping out my trans friend, M.

M has been looking for ways to crowdfund, save, and even insure their gender change operation. They are on testosterone and growing out their hair. They have applied to every grant place eligible. Unfortunately they keep hitting dead end after dead end. 

Tragically, unbeknownst to friends and family, M recently attempted suicide (which is why I am hiding their full name to protect their privacy during such an emotional time.) They did this after their insurance request to the last place available to them was denied. Currently they are in the hospital recovering, and their partner and friends are checking in on them.

My goal is to hopefully raise funds for their surgery and surprise them with them. I would like them to know that they are still wanted here, and that many people in the world do not hate trans people but want to see them live out life happy and as their true self. I want them to have hope during this time. Even if I can raise a good portion of the money they may be able to at least partially transition in the meantime.

Please help me help them! I appreciate everyone who is willing to help! 

I hope someday we have a world where trans healthcare isnt demonized so people can have the assistance they need.
