My sister in law was recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic small cell lung cancer.

While there is no cure they can try to hold it at bay for a little while to give us time to make more memories so she chose to do chemo for a while. This comes with some extra financial obligations. 

Every dollar will help us worry less about money and more on her care and spending time with her. We r looking at long term care in a facility to keep her close to us and get the best care possible. That being said they will likely take her disability check and give her an allowance for personal stuff which I think is horrible but it is what it is.
