Honoring Carl Ferguson’s Legacy

Carl “Carlee” Ferguson was a devoted father to his five children—they were truly his everything. His love and dedication to his family showed in every part of his life, and his absence is deeply felt by all who knew him, especially his children.

Carlee was known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to mentoring youth throughout Baltimore and Washington, DC—proudly following in his mother’s footsteps. Whether as a coach, referee, teacher, or mentor, he dedicated his life to uplifting and guiding young people.

His impact reached many organizations, including the Reisterstown Mustangs Youth Football program, the Baltimore City School System, Gilman School, the Reisterstown Area Recreation Council, and Flagstar Football. As a professional referee across several sports, Carlee led by example on and off the field. He was a true entrepreneur who never gave up on his dreams and inspired others to do the same.
