Officially diagnosed with FND, functional non epileptic seizures and currently awaiting to find which subtype of ehlors danlos syndrome I have and other comorbidities (POTs is highly suspected as well) 

I've made the page asking for help because I unfortunately will not have disability pay guarantee (but my application is in the process) and I was informed that my insurance won't cover ambulatory wheelchair use and doesn't guarantee brace approval either nor that they'll be sent within the year. I've been researching aids and working with my PT to find which braces would offer the most support and benefit for me to assist me in regaining quality of life and be able to do more than I am currently able as I'm essentially housebound due to my health. 

A few of the expenses I'm looking at is close to $900 for an all terrain wheel chair (hoping it'll help with inaccessible sidewalks in town, a custom fit one is $3k on the lower end) 

The body bracing that we're looking at is $300 (to support shoulders, core, and legs) 

Along with other supportive aids and adjustments for around the house to assist in me being able to do more. 

Any and all help is so appreciated as all I want to do is to get well enough to be able to show up better for my kids. While there's no cure, mobility help and accommodations will allow me to be able to properly pace myself and do tasks I normally couldn't due to my limitations or having a flare up triggered that leaves me bedridden or housebound majority of the time.
