Hello im Nichole Wolf,im reaching out for some help for the first time, the reason I chose this funding is I’m needing the medical help and support,

above are pics of my life and what these disease do to me and the pain they cause it’s a non ending road with these medical conditions and diseases but with this fund maybe I can catch a break for bit 
 

Here’s a little about myself I was born with a disease that 21 yrs of age started to take effect after I had my son right after birth I went in to renal failure due to alport syndrome a kidney disease that is an inherited genetic disorder that damages the tiny blood vessels in the kidneys filtering units, it cause hearing loss, eye site problems or vision loss, and you end up on Diaylsis,another health condition I picked up got from my kidney dr in the hospital is IGA NEPHROPATHY in 2010 4/20/10 the kidney dr islam out in Nebraska set my kidneys on fire by damaging them making it where I land in Diaylsis this condition happens when fluid builds up in the filters in the kidneys, causing swelling, damage, infections ,colds, sore throats,respitory infections and Diaylsis.another condition I later on I ended up getting is called svc syndrome a heart condition that is called superior vena cava large veins carry blood from the head, neck, chest, arms, when the heart isn’t blocked or compressed and fluids start to build up leading to swelling in the face and neck causing it to be very hard to breath and bulging veins all over and symptoms of a cough hoarse voice headache or dizziness leads to open heart surgery to correct the main vein by replacing it with a new one from a dead donor. Im also diagnosed with anasarca a organ disfunction disorder and gerd and several other medical disorders called COPD, GASTROROPRESIS a condition that effects the stomach by taking to long to empty its food, and a heart condition called ATRIAL FIBRILLATION where your heart beats irregular fast beats where you need surgery to correct the hearts was also hospitalized and diagnosed with muscle myopathy a disease that effects the muscles causing them to become weak stiff fatigue cramp and muscle loss, and I also got EPILEPTIC SEIZURES a sudden electrical activity abnormal signals to the brain causes changes in movements,behaviors,feelings

And awareness where you stare or body shakings I was also diagnosed with ADNEXAL MASS that needs surgery to remove the mass.and lastly I was wresntly diagnosed with cervical cancer where I need to have surgery to remove the ovaries to get rid of the cancer,

Those are all my conditions and diseases that’s taking over my entire life that has effected me in so many ways by putting me in a lot of pain every day they have made me weak tired have taken my mental state to a higher level,ive gone through 52 surgerys I’ve seen more tubes go in and out of me and I have been placed on ventilators, comas, and even lost my daughter after birth due to the alports syndrome that put me on Diaylsis and I also lost my brother to press syndrome because of the same kidney disease and diasylsis and health conditions you see above has damaged me in so many ways its taken my life from me, I have only 3 family members in my life that’s left my grandma who is 80 and my mother who is 54 and my partner im not ready for the heart or kidney conditions let alone the cancer to kill me so Im on here trying to fight for my life because im only 38 have two adorable dogs and a son who is adopted and I would Luke to see him grow up get married give me a grandkid one day and get married he’s only 16 and has my same kidney disease so some day he will face some health issues hoping nothing like mine or my brothers

 My goal of this go fund is to help me get the surgeries I need to save my life in so many ways,i really want a beautiful less medical life just to stay away from tubes and machines or hospitals every month I want to go see gods creations live a long great happy life im missing out on so much in my life because I was sick at such a very young age I want to get better and be something in life do more and less pain

 With your help to raise the 6000.i can get so much done and heeled and fixed even get a home as im homeless yes you Hurd that and its ruff and a very hard life to live with all this and little support im not asking much from you just if you could donate a little or share a ton out of this fund for me so its able to reach the goal I have set I believe in miracles and I believe I deserve one about now in this time of life a break and to start living a life and not just surviving one with this fund I’ll be able to have my surgery’s and travel to the hospitals that are far away.and start my next steps in life.
 

This will benefit me in so many ways the funds will be used for the hospital stays and food the motels and medications and surgery’s gas and to the medical part that I can’t aford I do need the funds soon as I’m running out of time to get everything done I would love to get this started with all your help this find will be great support and a miracle for me to happen I’ve waited to long for this and with u all will be my hero I will be so grateful each and every human for helping me reach this goal in short time just so I’m able to live my life and struggle lot less I dream of this day to come so please I ask with every love I got please I need some hero or miracle to make this goal happen for me.
