Please help this beautiful baby. His family experienced such a tragic interaction while walking him in the park, when another off-leash dog viciously attacked him. It’s a miracle he’s alive. Sadly, his family incurred a large hospital bill in order to save their baby which depleted their retirement savings substantially.
