We're raising funds for an adaptive bike for 14 year old Alex.  Alex has a disability that causes balance problems, so a traditional bike isn't an option. A hand cycle provides the stability and balance support Alex needs to ride and control a bike. 

Alex says “ A hand -cycle like this gives me ….so i can ride around town like other kids. I feel blessed to live near a bike path that connects me to other parts of the city.” 

They're a little under $2000.00, with the options Alex needs. The additional amount is to offset the transaction fee. We're ordering the one Alex practiced on, an Amtryke. Our goal is to get it by xxxxdate, so Alex can…..
