Hello my name is Melissa and I'm setting this up to help pay for my grandma's service at the funeral home. 

A little about my grandma Anna. She was 75 years young. She was diagnosed in October 2022 with Stage 3 lung cancer. The doctors were very optimistic that she would be able to beat this with Chemotherapy and radiation. She did her chemo treatments every week and radiation 5 days a week for 6 weeks. But with anything nothing is 100%. The treatment made her lungs worse. She was in and out of the hospital for the last 3 months, only getting worse. She came home on Hospice care on 7/6/23 and passed away in the early morning of 7/8/23. We weren't concerned about trying to come up with money for services because we thought she had life insurance. She was paying on what we thought was life insurance come to find out its was a medicare supplement plan and now we dont know how were going to pay for the costs of the cremation.  We opted for cremation and a memorial service at a park. We are desperate, and dont normally ask for help, but we dont know what else to do. She has a plot next to my grandfather that's paid for, but we will still have to pay for those costs to have her buried next to him. I understand that everyone is struggling right now but if you could find it in your hearts to help with even a dollar we would be grateful.
