I received the devastating news yesterday that I have grade 2 breast cancer, and I am feeling completely overwhelmed. Currently, I lack the financial means to support myself, especially since I am out of work. With surgery and potentially aggressive treatment ahead, finding a job seems impossible. At just 42 years old, this is an entirely new and frightening experience for me. I am doing my best to remain positive and strong, but the weight of this situation is heavy.
