My name is Melissa , I’m  a 44 year old  mommy of 5 and 4 grand babies  with breast camcer. I  was diagnosed with early detection of breast cancer 2 years ago. February 4th 2023 was  when I had my 1st surgery called (double mastectomy with reconstruction)

surgery was a success, although during the process of recovering, I caught a RARE SURGICAL DEADLY DISEASE  CALLED “SERRATIA”  I had to under go surgery again in April  5th 2023  and  surgeon had to remove my (right-expander) currently I only have one expander on.  I’m due for surgery in November not sure the date of this month. I also have to under go surgery for A FULL HYSTERECTOMY as well. medical costs are very expensive.   …Cancer survivors are blessed with two lives. There is your life before cancer, and your life after. I am here to tell you your second life is going to be so much better than the first I'm stronger than I thought I was. My favorite phrase has been, 'This too shall pass.' I now understand it really well.

Once I overcame breast cancer, I wasn’t afraid of anything anymore But it is possible to take control and tackle head on any health issue. You can seek advice, learn about the options and make choices that are right for you. Knowledge is power. II really appreciate everyone that has been there for me  emotionally, mentally , physically supporting me thru this tough timing of life  that will OVERCOME AND PASS,  THRU GOD EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE! 
 

Lord Jesus Christ, by your patience in suffering you hallowed earthly pain and gave us the example of obedience to your Father's will. Be near me in my time of weakness and pain; sustain me by your grace, that my strength and courage may not fail; heal me according to your will; and help me always to believe that what happens to me here is of little account if you hold me in eternal life, my Lord and my God. Amen. 🙏
