My brother was in the Navy for 20 years and also a bounty hunter in Louisiana in his later years.  He passed away in June and is still at coroner's due to the fact that neither of his sons has made any type of arrangements.  I am his sister and have reached out to them and other family members but have received no offers to help have him cremated (his wish was to be cremated and ashes at sea). I cannot afford to do it on my own.  It is so heartbreaking!  Any help would be beyond appreciated!
