About this fundraiser

Bubbles and Tiger both have stomatitis, which is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation of the gums. They need dentals and extractions, which is not cheap. Both are on a strictly wet food diet because they can no longer chew the dry. They've been on Prednisolone for the past year, and it helps, but it's like a band-aid. It doesn't fix them, just makes it bearable to them. After their dentals and extractions, they will no longer need the Prednisolone. Tiger is worse off than Bubbles, and even the wet food hurts her and I can barely get her to eat. At her size, she should have three cans of Fancy Feast a day(her favorite food), but she eats *maybe* 1 1/2 cans. Bubbles is in less pain, but the inflammation is so bad that she has an almost permanent blep because her tongue doesn't really fit in her mouth at the moment. I just want to get them the care that they need, and I need help to do that. I've considered putting Tiger to sleep because I can't keep forcing her to suffer, and that rips my heart apart to even consider such a path because I love her so much. It's such an easy fix, but it's expensive. I know I made a high amount, but it's just in case by using the high ends of the estimates. If I manage to raise extra, it will be donated to my local kitten rescue, Six Kittens Rescue. They specialize in neonatal kittens and rehabbing.
