Everyone knows that Bugsy is my baby, my soul dog 💙 unfortunately when I got him almost 10 (?!) years ago, pet insurance wasn't really a “thing.” Over the past few months he has had surgery to remove some bumps, a mystery abscess, and NOW his CCL is ruptured (like the human ACL). With the surgery and diagnostics he’s had recently, another, much bigger surgery is going to hurt financially. 
 

To live his best golden years, Bugsy needs surgery so he can use his knee again, pain free. He LIVES for our daily walks, and we can’t take them right now. The surgeon has quoted $4,000 - $4700. Bugs is absolutely worth every penny I spend at the vet, and he will get the surgery no matter what. I am only hoping to offset the cost some, if anyone is willing and able to donate. Any donations will go directly to Bugsy’s CCL surgery and recovery. Anything over will be donated to a nonprofit dog rescue.
