My sister in law is 72 years old. She had complete elbow replacement surgery i3 months ago. She lost her husband 2 months ago suddenly. She is living in a 28 ft. Camper that is falling apart around her. The power quit working in it. I am raising money to buy her something to live in that she can be comfortable and safe in. The power box needs updating on the power pole.
