Patrick Beckley (my boyfriend) we have been dating for two years and known each other for three. he is always on the ball, a hard worker, clean active healthy guy, so when we got the discovery of cancer it took us by surprise. Patrick has had GI (IBS) issues his entire adult life. He went for a CT scan in June 2025 and it showed he possibly had cancer in his kidney. This was a total surprise. He was referred by his doctor to get a MRI of his abdomen. The MRI report showed he in fact had cancer in his right kidney which in fact needs surgery. I am creating this page for my boyfriend to cover out of pocket medical expenses and he will be missing work at least 8 weeks not getting paid. any donations would greatly be appreciated. I will keep you updated through the process, his treatment, and his recovery. anything will help greatly. Please and thank you.

Waiting for kidney surgery
wanted to share a quick update and thank everyone who has taken the time to read, share, and donate. Your kindness has truly lifted my spirits during some of the hardest days I’ve ever faced.
Right now, I’m waiting to meet with my surgeon to finalize the date for my kidney surgery. Every day feels like a mix of hope and fear — hope that the surgery will stop the cancer in its tracks, and fear of the unknown that comes with it.
The medical bills, travel costs, and the reality of missing work continue to weigh heavily on me. That’s why your support — whether it’s donating, sharing, or even sending a kind message — means more than you know.
