My name is Alyssa and I am creating this for my amazing partner. 

I’m writing to share a lifetime struggle and pain!

She has been helping people for 12 years - being an A-EMT. A job that is not glamorous by any means, under paid and under appreciated. 

Severe infections with teeth that break and chip away. They are not easily extracted and will need to be cut out. 

Her ability to eat a full balance diet has been a huge challenge. Pain travels into her jaw and into her ear. Medications she has tried haven't worked. 

Her smile has been hidden for about 15-20 years for fear of judgment, self esteem and self worth. 

Full mouth extraction is scheduled for May 21, 2026.

This surgery is essential to stop the pain and prevent more serious infections. 

However, the out-of-pocket cost is $4500, and we need to have the funds ready by the surgery date.
