I have a dear friend whose husband just got diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung.  They are on a fixed income and are needing to go back and forth to the cancer center for treatment. Unfortunately, they pretty much live out in the middle of nowhere so it takes more than a couple hours to drive just one way.
