I know I've been asked repeatedly why we cherish Marshmella's life after her two life-threatening surgeries, but let's approach this sensitive topic with compassion and kindness, celebrating her remarkable progress and strength that shines brighter every day. After her first surgery she came home for about 3 days and she got a very bad infection and two doctors on her team rushed her back into surgery to take over a foot of her small intestines out. Marshmella sure is our miracle baby after everything she has been through this past month. She still is not out of the woods yet. Please be kind.
