As some of you may know, my mom Celeste was diagnosed in August of this year with terminal cancer. At the time of the diagnosis she was still going strong, working 12hr shifts as a CNA doing hard physical work. She thought she would be able to work into the new year… but unfortunately the cancer has spread and it has affected her overall health and well-being in a dramatic way. Her physician has now taken her off of work completely so she can conserve energy.

We are in the process of getting her help with finances but so far the earliest she'll start receiving anything will be February, and that will barely cover part of her bills. 

I am hoping to raise money to help cover some of her finances as her health continues to decline, as well as pay for her cremation and memorial once that time comes. 

I know that it is the holiday season, and money is tight for everyone, but over the next several months, of you can spare a little, I know that she will be grateful.
