On May 22nd I fell, broke 3 bones and damaged a tendon in my ankle. I have to have surgery in a couple weeks. I will also be off work for a minimum or 2 months with a 6 month estimated full recovery I need assistance with keeping my car and medicine copays. Any little bit helps, even 5 or 10 dollars can help cover a copay. My goal is $1000 so I do not end up getting my car repossessed. Luckily I still have my Job but I could be off work for up to 2+ months. If anyone could help out in these trying times, I would be forever grateful.
