Hello, My name is Verlene, and I was informed by Christina that she is in need of a kidney as her last resort to sustaining her life. Christina has children who are very young, so of course she wants to be around to raise them and watch them grow up.
My heart was so moved by her testimony of her efforts to get assistance, but to no avail. The transplant team stated that if she could raise the funds that she needs which is $5,000 they will proceed with the transplant.
I want to help her, because I'm a mother, and I can't imagine leaving behind my child without a mother.
Because we have run out of options, I'm asking for help so that we can help her.
