As some of you may know, this summer was already going to be a difficult one, as is usually the case for period between graduating with your PhD and starting a full-time position. I am currently adjuncting, and that course barely made, which meant getting paid a pro-rated amount. 

I am set to start a part-time summer job next week (6/9 - 6/13), but the expenses related to my vehicle's damage were unexpected and I do not know how I'll be able to cover my living expenses and the emergency repairs to my vehicle. 

I will only have to pay the deductible, but the amount is $1,000. All contributions will be spent on the deductible.
