Two years ago, I noticed changes in me and wasn't sure what was happening. Dr after Dr, I found out I have several autoimmune diseases. I am being treated with 3 medications. One being a low dose chemo drug. Another being something to help reduce side effects of the chemo drug, like losing hair, vomiting, etc. I will be living with these autoimmune diseases for the rest of my life. I have liver and kidneys tested, by blood, every 8 weeks. Everyday is a challenge. I have good days and bad. I have neuropathy that affects my hands. 
As time went on, I found out I had a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder and my joints was bone on bone. Rotator cuff was repaired and a padding inserted between the joints. I started physical therapy to regain full use of my shoulder. 
Eight weeks later I find out that I have hip issues. I have 3 tears in my hip, a benign cyst. I have fluid around my joint. I also have Ischiofemoral Impingement (IFI) Syndrome. I also have been diagnosed with Cervical, Thoracic and Lumber Radiculopathy.
I see a Rheumatologist, my PCP, Neurologist,  Pain Management Specialist and an Orthopedic Dr.  My husband is the only financial support we have and we have insurance through his employer. We still have so many medical bills after co-pays and deductibles.
