On February 5, 2026, our brother Dale Bray tragically and unexpectedly passed away. Anyone who knew Dale knows what a loving and easy going guy he was. Dale was the type of person who would give anyone the shirt off his back. When he passed, he left no Will or life insurance to cover his final expenses. His daughter and son, Stephanie and Cade, are facing the cost of funeral expenses, probate costs of his modest estate and associated legal fees. Additionally, travel and lodging costs for out of town and out of state travel have placed a financial burden upon his adult children. Dale’s son Cade is a student living in Salt Lake City and his daughter Stephanie is a mother of five (three of which are triplets) living in the Eugene area. As their uncles, my brother Barry and I see the tragic burden of grief and financial hardship they are facing. For these reasons we are respectfully asking that anyone who is willing and able to contribute to their navigation and recovery from this tragic situation to please to do so. No contribution will be too small. Cade and Stephanie are eternally grateful for your kindness. 
 

100% of all contributions will go to Dale’s adult children. The assistance provided by these funds will help Stephanie and Cade: pay for necessary travel and lodging while finalizing Dales affairs, cover mortuary and funeral costs, attorney fees for a complex yet modest probate case, final internment expenses, and any other expenses incurred.
