I made this fundraiser to help one of our little towns local treasures. Dandar's Games and Books just recently moved to this location from their original shop location on Giuntoli. They have lost everything to a fire. We buy all of our games from them. The owners and staff are so friendly and rooted in our community. I am devastated for them and wanted to help in some way. After seeing the fundraiser for another lost local treasure, Northtown Books, I thought maybe our community could pull together for Dan and Dar also 🙏🏾

Thank you so much for helping us out with your donation. This will give us time to navigate our next steps towards restoring our store in Arcata! Right now we are focusing on processing the insurance claim and finding somewhere to temporarily relocate so we can see your wonderful faces as soon as possible.
