  • A Big Thank You

Hey everyone! On behalf of Sierra and the kids, I’d like to thank everyone who donated thus far; it has greatly eased the burden. Currently, with all of your generous help, we will be able to have a direct cremation. I will surely post any updates here if we gain the ability to add to that. Nevertheless, in lieu of a wake and keeping within our means, we’d love to organize a memorial for Dave in the near future for anyone to attend. Therefore the fundraiser will remain open for further exequies or memorial funds. I wish everyone safe and happy days ahead and look forward to possibly meeting in Dave’s memory.

About this fundraiser

Our father, grandfather, son, brother, sibling, and friend, Dave Meredith, was chosen to make his final ride into the sunset on April 1, 2023. He will be reunited in heaven with his parents whom he loves so very much, however he leaves behind family members and friends who will miss him! Survived by his daughter and grandchildren, his siblings, and other family, Dave was also such a fun and loving friend to so many. Outside of the relationships he cherished, Dave was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and lived for the open road and the wind in his face. Everyone has their own unique and happy memories with Dave and in this difficult and unexpected time, we should look to those moments to celebrate his life and his legacy.

Unfortunately, he was taken from this world all too soon and no one, not even Dave himself, was prepared for this tragedy. If anyone is able, especially in lieu of flowers, I ask for help in lessening the burden of funeral costs for his daughter and family. I know the last few years have been rough for everyone so anything would be appreciated and could certainly help at this time. Together I hope, we can give Dave the send off he deserves, with dignity and respect. One last sweet and peaceful ride home, until we all reunite again. I thank you for taking the time to read this and may peace be with all.

All donations will be going straight to funeral expenses, as we, with all transparency, were naively not expecting this day to come so soon and are overwhelmingly underprepared.
