I'm fundraising for my upcoming competitive season of DCI with The Battalion Drum & Bugle Corps, where I will be marching tuba!

For those of you who don't know, DCI - or Drum Corp International - is an annual competition that various drum and bugle corps from across the country (and some from outside the US) Participate in. Think marching band, but on steroids. Large groups, big sounds, and crazy difficult stuff on the field.

A typical season with battalion involves moving in with the corps in June, learning our show for about 3-4 weeks, and then touring the country for another 4ish weeks performing our show. We rehearse ~12 hours a day, 6 days a week during spring training, and squeeze in more hours whenever we can while on the road.

My tuition This season comes out to 4050$ dollars, of which I have already saved up half. I plan to continue working once I get out of school for the semester, and I hope to make enough in combination with this to march.

IF I AM UNABLE TO MARCH

If I am for any reason unable to march this summer, all money raised through this fundraiser will go towards another members fees. If by some miracle I raise more than 2000 dollars, any extra will be given to another member to help with fees.
