Hi everyone My name is Chelsea I'm disabled Physically, Mentally I havnt been able to work for some time now Ive had several Leg and knee surgeries. Im bipolar,social anxiety, PTSD from childhood trauma, Dyslexic-ADHD, A slight learning disability, My lights water are shut off Im in the appeal process for my disability claim im just needing a little assistanc getting  the funds for the  utilities getting  turned back on and my medication. I've been trying to do it on my own but I cant I've already used the assistance program in my city I dont drive so it's difficult for me to get around Please If you all can find it in your hearts to help me get back on my feet I would be eternally greatful
