I have adult onset strabismus, a condition that causes causes double vision, dizziness and nausea. It makes working and moving around a nightmare. I need a sum of money to pay the cost of prism glasses and/or alternative treatment, which I cannot currently afford due to my inability to work long hours if I can work at all.
