Hello! As most of you know, Emilee Anderson was involved in an ATV accident on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Emilee is the daughter of Rachel & Brandon Anderson of Burnet, TX. Emilee is a Senior at Burnet High School. Emilee was airlifted to the hospital and has sustained a lot of trauma. She has a fractured shoulder, possibly fractured collar bone, very severe road rash from the top of her right shoulder all the way down to her right foot, she has has a couple of very bad wounds on her knee and right foot that had to be surgically cleaned out and stitched up. The road to recovery could be 4-6 months due to the severity of her foot. I am asking for donations to help her parents with daily stress that this accident has caused along with the numerous future doctor visits, medical bills, medicine, meals, fuel to and from and etc. for Emilee's recovery. I hope that our wonderful Community can come together and help this family, if you are able. If you are not able to donate financially, please keep them in your prayers. Thankfully, Emilee is young & healthy and will recover quickly and more importantly she is still here with us. Thank you for your time and donations and may God bless you all! 🩷

Update on Emilee
I know it’s been a while since we have posted an update. As of right now, Emilee is still seeing the plastic surgeon, that did the muscle transplant and skin graft on her foot. She is out of her walking boot, and using the crutches minimally. She is still seeing the orthopedic doctor for the tendons in her foot, he is keeping a close watch on her foot, as another surgery is still not out of the question, as of right now. If they do have to do another procedure , it will be a tendon transfer to keep her toes from curling under, which could limit her walking. Emilee is seeing the physical therapist weekly, as well as working on her exercises at home daily. Though she is getting around, she is not running any marathons anytime soon. As many know, I am self employed, and her father’s employer doesn’t offer health insurance, yes we have priced it out privately and marketplace, and the monthly cost is unbelievable. Every doctors appointment as well as therapy is costing a fortune out of pocket, and putting a big strain on us financially, if you feel compelled to donate to her continued treatment, we would be greatly appreciative, if you can’t, we understand, please share and keep her healing journey in your prayers. She still has a long road ahead of her.
