I am a board-certified physician, assistant in hospice, working in San Diego California.. Over the weekend I admitted to our service a patient with and stage liver cancer. Her husband has taken a leave of absence to provide care for her and their 30-year-old son with down syndrome and  Autism. . Their financial situation is dire and I would like to raise funds to help pay for private caregivers overnight, so that he is able to rest.
