My name is Teresa  I am hoping for assistance in staying in my home. If you watched the YouTube video then you now know about my previous landlord. My address was included is the lawsuit and judgement against her and her “LLCs." However, the attorney has said we will never get a dime. A long narrative about the conditions myself and my family experienced are atrocious. Please email me for details as it would take too much time for most to read. Since then, our circumstances have improved. However, a judgement of eviction and possession is forcing us out. I currently live with my sister and another former tenant of hers who became homeless because of this. She is disabled and terrified. The sheriff is coming to put us out on August 12th if we don't pay $4,700 to the new landlord. My individual lawsuit is being filed on August 12th, but it's too late. I lost my job after suffering in her slum in November 2023. I have done temp and gig work to pay rent but never made enough to cover the last 4 months. I have a new, full time job starting Sept. 2nd. Again, too late. I abhor asking for money and I have no close family to help. My rich, and somewhat distant  relatives are unable to comprehend someone needing help, even with sincere ability to pay back any loan. I really hope I can find sincerity and humanity here.
