My name is David Jones and I have had multiple health issues culminating in the amputation of my right leg.  I am currently in the hospital to get my dislocated shoulder repaired surgically.  This happened when I fell .Please consider helping me return home to Oklahoma, if you can.  I am all alone with no one to help me.  This is why I am requesting help to return home.

If I could get a vehicle I would be able to drive home.  As of now, I am homeless, recovering from surgery in the hospital.  I am trying to raise money to buy a used vehicle around $5000, plus expenses to get there and get settled in.  To tell the truth, this is my last hope.
